11-29-2006: President Ted Firetog introduced Russell Ratuszny of M & T Mortgage Corp. Mr.Ratuszny spoke about reverse mortgages.

11-15-2006: District Governor Eileen Gentilcore helps the President Ted Firetog induct two new members into Farmingdale Rotary. They were Larietta Fraser of Roslyn Bank and Marianne Mangels of Daleview Nursing Home.

11-01-2006: Ted Firetog with the speakers, John Tsunis and Joe Rosanio of Long Island Hotels. They showed pictures of two Marriott hotels that they are building in Farmingdale by the entrance to Republic Airport.

10-25-2006: Today's speaker, Klaus Horatschek, President of Phoenix Environmental Technology. His company deals in alternate fuel choices so that we may become less dependent on oil and gas.

10-18-2006. President Ted Firetog introduced Kenneth E. Lack of Long Island Housing Services, Inc. They advocate fair housing for the residents of Nassau and Suffolk counties.

09-13-06. Vice President Robert Diaz introduced our special Guest, District Governor Artie Vanderpool.
09-06-2006:   Vice President Robert Diaz  introduced our newest member, Mark Lagnese. Mark is branch manager of Chase in Farmingdale. Mark gave us his classification talk.

08-16-2006:   President Ted Firetog introduced Sergio Aguirre, our newest member, who proceeded to give us his classification speech

08-09-2006: President Ted Firetog presided over a Club Assembly. This was followed by a group photo of the members that was taken by our expert photographer Gerry Levine. The photo was taken by the town clock our Club had erected.
07-19-2006: President Ted Firetog presents a check to Scholarship winner Lori Salerno.  Ted with the Farmingdale village officials(right). Town Clerk Dave Smollett and Buildings supervisor Ron Craig spoke about the present and future plans for the village.
07-12-2006: Vice President Bob Diaz presents a check to the scholarship winners Andrew Fisher and Michael O'Halloran. They are both students at Farmingdale High school. Andrew won the Rotary's Weldon Howitt scholarship. Michael O'Halleran won the Arthur White scholarship.

07-05-2006: Installation of new officers by PDG Ella Abney. Yesh Purandare being honored for his services to GSE program.

6-14-2006: Officer Michael Schneider of Nassau County Police Dept., K9 Unit, with his partner, police service dog, Rey.

4-19-2006: Hon Judge Madeleine Fitzgibbon, Supervising Judge of Suffolk County District Court, gave a presentation on  Suffolk County Mental Health Court.

03-08-2006: Installation of new member, Bill Carman (III) by PDG Larry Jorgensen. Bill Carman Jr. pins a Rotary Lapel Pin on Bill Carman (III).

3-1-2006. Anne Balfour of Farmingdale Relay for Life (ACS) is organizing a fund raiser on 5th and 6th of May at SUNY Farmingdale. Ruth Betz is on the right.

2-8-2006: Tim Farrell of US Dept of Homeland Security gives a presentation on the domestic preparedness.
2-1-2006: Presentation by Jean Malafronte of “Water for People” (WFP) Jean educates the members with the activities of WFP.
01-11-2006: Les Scheinfeld, Associate Director of “Habitat for Humanity” of Suffolk, enlightens the Rotarians with the activities of  HFH of Suffolk
01-04-2006: CEO of the New Island Hospital Stephen Neff was the guest speaker.  He was accompanied by Pat Stickle.
12-28-2005: Farmingdale Rotary Holiday Party. Paul Gatto and Neil entertain the guests with great holiday music.

12-21-2005: Anthony Caserta - President of Inspecto, Inc., gives a presentation  on evacuating the residents of Long Island (in case of emergencies) using their amphibious school buses. 11-23-2005: Yesh presents plaque to Bill Metzendorf on behalf of Rotary Club. Ann Metzendorf is on the left. Bill is retiring and relocating to Florida.
